Vintage Valentines

Thanks to Charmel for allowing me to scan all her amazing vintage valentine cards. I thought I would share them with you all here since so many asked about them at the crop.  I will try to post several every day leading up to Valentine's Day.  To save these, right click on image and click on save as...

Valentine's Day Crop

KC Croppers Valentine Crop was a great success.  Our theme was Queen of Hearts (Alice in Wonderland).

Here are the name tags I made for the crop...

It was a lot of fun! Received many cute little Valentine's... I will try to get a pic of all those to share here in next couple of days.

It's $5 Haul

I went to a nearby "It's $5" store
and found these goodies last week.

And a couple weeks before,
I found these there and some
at a local Goodwill Outlet store.

Card Swap

On Sunday afternoon I attended a Card Swap at a friend's home.  We each made 4 card kits and a completed sample.  We take turns walking them through how to make the card we created.  So everyone goes home with 5 different completed cards.  I chose to do a Valentine theme bc Valentine's Day is just right around the corner and I recently found these really awesome keys I wanted to use on a project.

Here's my card...

Here are the lovely cards
that the other girls created...

Had a great time with the girls! Looking forward to our next
Card Swap in March.

Gorjuss Girl Doll Halloween Card

I'm a little late in sharing the last few Halloween crafty things. I'm just not ready to start working on a lot of Christmas just yet.

Here is a Halloween card that I made for a friend who collects the Gorjuss Girl doll stamps.  Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!!

KC Croppers Wicked Crop

The Wicked Crop was a success.  We had several dress up as witches. They did an awesome job with their costumes.  It was a lot of fun!

Here are all the name tags I made.

Fall Card Challenge

I participated in another monthly card challenge.  This month's challenge was to create a Fall card. I created this quilted card by using a thin metal die from My Favorite Things and a Fall Stamp set from Close To My Heart.

Happy Fall!!!
