For today's blog post, I chose to share
pics of the yummy Frankenstein
pudding cups I made for a Halloween
party this evening. I'm still on Drs
orders for a soft diet following the
surgery so this worked out great
for a quick and easy dessert.
I drew Frankenstein faces on clear
cups with a sharpie. Then added
vanilla pudding tinted with green
food coloring with Oreos crushed
on top. I made the bald Frankenstein
in the back for myself.

Helpful tip... if you make these, be sure to
draw the faces lower on the cup, otherwise,
it takes a lot of pudding to fill up the cup.
